Chalk & Numbers are a girl/boy duo from New York, who are doing a fab job of evoking the sixties girl band era in real style.
If you like 60s pop then this pair will transport you to Shangri La.

Culver
I usually keep my blog for great UK artists and bands but I'll make an exception for Culver! If you like your Rock Hard then Culver are the guys for you! Think Nickelback and you're somewhere close to the great guitar riffs, drums and gravelly vocals! Great stuff!
Unless you're in the USA you're unlikely to catch these guys "live" but you never know, and there are plenty of vids and tunes via their website if you take a peek.
